This role will be reporting into BU Manager.
- Develop marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion, ensuring execution with multichannel engagement to achieve product objectives.
- Manage and develop product life cycle plans with market development.
- Lead the brand/in-field team and collaborate with other functions to achieve brand objectives.
- Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing, and expense budgets.
- Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.
- Analyze market trends and sales potential; issue monthly proposed forecasts with suggested action plans.
- Maintain contact with key customers to follow up promotion efforts and stay informed on customer needs.
- Ensure all business activities comply with relevant laws, ethical standards, and company policies; review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
- Achieve sales, margin, and market share annual goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with more than 3 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical companies.
- Relevent experience in Oncology market experience (Hematology preferred) in marketing and sales teams.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong business awareness and analytical skills, including strategic thinking and business planning.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.
- Strong communication skills.
