We are hiring a GTM Operations Specialist to join the Mid-Law Sales Strategy team at Thomson Reuters. This role reports directly to the VP of Customer Solutions and Operations for Mid-Law and focuses on supporting strategic decision-making, performance visibility, and market insight for one of our most important growth segments.
This position is embedded within the Mid-Law business and serves as a data-driven partner to sales leadership and the field. You will help translate market complexity and performance data into insight, while partnering closely with centralized teams. You will become an expert in how our sales team uses their current suite of tools and contribute to their continuous improvement.
This is an ideal role for an early-career professional who is strong with data, curious about how sales organizations operate, and motivated by turning real-world complexity into clarity.
About the Role
In this role as a GTM Operations Specialist, you will:
Provide Analytics & Business Insight for Mid-Law
Build and maintain Mid-Law-specific analysis across pipeline health, deal flow, performance trends, and forecasting
Conduct deep dives into funnel conversion, deal velocity, win/loss trends, and account behavior
Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and insights to inform decision-making
Analyze market and customer data to support ideal customer profile (ICP) development, segmentation, opportunity sizing, and market prioritization
Manage Data Quality & Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve inconsistencies across multiple data sources
Reconcile data from different systems and stakeholders into usable insights
Partner with centralized teams to surface and resolve structural data issues
Proactively flag risks in data quality and reporting logic
Support the Business & the Field
Work with Mid-Law sales leadership and managers to understand how data is used and where it needs improvement
Periodically gather requirements on reporting gaps, missing insight, and analytical needs
Support new initiatives (e.g., launches, pilots, programs) with measurement frameworks and analysis
Ensure leadership has visibility into trends, risks, and opportunities
Communicate segment-specific needs, feedback, and priorities to centralized teams
Support implementation of centralized programs by tracking adoption qualitatively and flagging issues.
Provide Internal AI & Sales Enablement Support
Support seller use of internal AI tools for deal preparation, research, and value articulation
Help test and refine AI-assisted workflows for sales productivity
Gather field feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities for AI tools
Monitor adoption trends at a qualitative level and escalate risks or gaps
Support staged rollouts of new internal AI capabilities within Mid-Law
About You
You're a fit for the role of GTM Operations Specialist if your background includes:
2–4 years of experience in analytics, operations, sales support, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
Comfort working with large, messy datasets
Bonus: familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
An analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious personality
Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
Ability to translate data into insight for business stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and self-directed
Motivation to learn how revenue works

The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $74,200 USD - $137,800 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
