Job Details
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market, your primary mission is to generate qualified meetings with new customers for Eye-Able, a leading solution provider in digital accessibility. Working through SoftwareOne, you will engage with existing SoftwareOne clients to identify relevant contacts and schedule discovery calls for the Eye-Able sales team.
Your daily focus is cold calling, outreach via email and LinkedIn, and opening doors with decision-makers.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Cold Calling
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Meeting Generation: Identify interest and book qualified meetings for Eye-Able’s sales team.
- Lead Qualification: Understand key needs and determine whether there’s a potential fit.
- CRM Hygiene: Log all interactions and insights in the CRM system.
- Sales Collaboration: Share insights with the Eye-Able team and help refine messaging and approach.
Value-Based Selling
- Present SoftwareOne's partner Eye-Able solutions by aligning key features with client needs.
- Emphasize how these solutions address challenges and support business growth.
Pipeline Management
- Manage the early sales stages to ensure a steady lead flow.
- Use CRM tools to organize and track leads for better conversions.
Performance Metrics
- Track progress against lead generation goals and activity benchmarks.
- Set measurable, challenging targets to gauge success.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
- Work with teammates to boost results in a collaborative environment.
