Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software development.
• Strong proficiency in automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or similar.
• Expert-level programming skills in one or more languages: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience designing automation frameworks (UI, API, and integration) and establishing scalable test architecture.
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies (functional, non-functional, performance, security, regression, compatibility, and integration testing).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, Supertest, etc.).
• Strong CI/CD experience with systems like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills
• Proficient with version control systems, branching strategies, and code review processes (Git-based workflows).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in corporate legal, compliance, e-discovery, contract lifecycle management (CLM), or regulatory tech environments.
• Experience implementing test strategies for AI/ML-driven or document-processing solutions.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust).
• Experience with security and privacy testing, including authentication flows, access controls, and data compliance (GDPR, SOX, ISO, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, influence test strategy, and improve engineering excellence practices
