Work you'll do
Elevate your career at Deloitte by partnering with leading professionals to solve complex challenges for utility clients. Apply your technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and deliver SAP IS-U solutions with measurable impact. As a Manager in our SAP practice, you will:

• Lead SAP IS-U engagements, shaping solution approaches and guiding implementation.

• In partnership with business and technology stakeholders, capture requirements and translate them into functional designs and specifications.

• Define end-to-end process and system designs for core utility capabilities (metering, customer service, billing).

• Drive integration between SAP IS-U and adjacent utility platforms-aligning data flows, interfaces, and operations.

• Facilitate design workshops and working sessions to align cross-functional teams on solution decisions and delivery plans.

• Elevate delivery through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of methods and tools.

• Coach early-career practitioners across functional and technical workstreams to support high-quality outcomes.

• As needed, contribute beyond SAP IS-U across adjacent SAP modules or industries.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree plus 10 years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment (large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant).

• 5+ years of solution design and functional lead experience for SAP IS-U and meter-to-cash processes.

• Experience serving as a solution architect or workstream lead on 2+ SAP IS-U greenfield or brownfield implementations.

• 3+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams (5+ members) across design, build, testing, and cutover on SAP IS-U programs.

• 1+ years of configuration or solution design experience with SAP MM, PM, and OM.

• Experience with 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations.

• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

• Master's degree.

• Experience at a global professional services firm (10,000+ employees) delivering SAP programs for enterprise clients (Fortune 1000 or utilities with 1M+ meters).

• 4+ years of SAP ABAP experience.

• Experience integrating SAP IS-U with Itron IEE MDM and at least one Head End system (e.g., OpenWay Riva, Trilliant) across 2+ projects.

• Experience with data migration and cutover for IS-U using SAP Migration Cockpit or BODS (1+ end-to-end cutover).

• Experience with IS-U contract accounting (FICA) or BRIM/CI-FICA (1+ implementation).

• Experience with SAP PI/PO integrations.

• Experience with Signavio.

• 1+ current certification in SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Integration Suite, or SAP ABAP.

This compensation range is specific to Tampa, FL and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,800 to $218,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
