Position summary:

This role provides the oversight of the Analysis & Operation function within Stryker GAMA department, purpose to fulfill the business demand and obtain operation excellence on national medical insurance code application, government tender, billing code pricing and reimbursement application. In addition, this role needs to support department head on general operation, event management and budget management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)

• Diligent on leading process management and daily management towards government tender projects in China, including policy interpretation, information collection, data analysis, competitive insights generation and government submission (30%)

• Work with GAMA team and related commercial teams to enhance the cross-functional communication and collaboration on market access projects. [30%]

• Provides leadership for GAMA AOC team, incl. hiring, coaching, engagement and development [20%]

• Support department head on functional operation, event planning and budget monitoring [20%]

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and above majored in accounting, statistics, information technology preferred.

• At least 8 years working experiences on government tender project management in US&EU medical devices and/or pharmaceutical F500 MNC, of which no less than 3 FTEs with direct reporting line.

• Good command of Office software, Project Management skill, and excellent PPT skill.

• Fluent Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and business writing skills.
