About the team
Within the Insurance Business Unit (BU), our Product & Specialty group is reinventing the design function. We’re moving beyond static design deliverables to a functional prototype-first approach—where UX designers don’t just create Figma files, but deliver Vibe-coded, working prototypes that bring experiences to life earlier in the development cycle. This approach accelerates decision-making, improves collaboration with engineering, and ensures our designs are tested and validated in realistic, interactive environments from day one
