The Analyst – Consumer Propositions GTM will drive strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and ensure alignment of Visa’s Consumer Value Propositions (CVPs) across diverse markets in CEMEA. In this role, you will develop compelling CVP narratives and sales enablement materials and coordinate with sub-regional teams to ensure that each market is equipped to successfully activate and promote Visa’s benefits and cardholder offerings. You will also support benefit vendor management and onboarding for select benefit categories (with an emphasis on Concierge and Dining services), ensuring these benefits are launched and managed in line with Visa’s high standards. This position requires strong strategic thinking, storytelling ability, and cross-functional collaboration to help translate Visa’s consumer proposition strategy into market-ready execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine go-to-market plans for consumer benefits and value propositions. Create high-quality presentations, toolkits, and sales materials that clearly convey the value of Visa’s CVPs and benefits to clients and consumers. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials, enabling a unified GTM approach in all CEMEA sub-regions.
Sub-Regional Alignment & Support: Act as a liaison between the central Consumer Propositions team and sub-regional product/marketing teams. Equip and support sub-regional teams by providing them with benefit rationale, CVP storytelling guidance, and proposition configuration support tailored to their market needs. Coordinate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and collect feedback to ensure local insights are incorporated into regional proposition strategies.
Benefit Launch & Vendor Coordination (Concierge & Dining): Support the negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of new vendors or partners for the Concierge and Dining benefit programs. Work with Sourcing, Legal, and Product teams to define requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth rollout of these benefits in multiple markets. After launch, assist in managing vendor relationships and performance reviews to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Analysis & Proposition Improvement: Monitor consumer and market trends, competitive offerings, and performance data for concierge, dining, and other key benefits. Provide insights and recommendations to the Consumer Propositions Director on how to refine benefits or adjust the tiered CVP strategy based on these insights. Contribute to building proof points and case studies that demonstrate the success and impact of Visa’s consumer propositions for internal stakeholder updates and client discussions.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and track key initiatives (e.g., regional marketing campaigns, benefit rollouts, vendor negotiations) to ensure timely execution and alignment with overall strategy. Work closely with colleagues in Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive projects forward, resolve roadblocks, and maintain a clear record of decisions and progress.
