Our Power+ Graduate Program jumpstarts your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across three 6-month work assignments before moving into a permanent position. Freedom to choose the three assignments based on business need and personal interests to craft an individual program. Possible to conduct international assignments during 2nd and 3rd assignment period.
While you are a full-time, permanent team member, each assignment will be within a different part of our business and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities within different segments. Your responsibilities:

- Examples of rotations include application engineering, research & development, project management, design engineering, process engineering, supply chain, production supervisor, software development and engineering, business development, operations, technical sales and marketing, and more!

Your background:
- Master’s degree in engineering within STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology, Math) related degrees e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, industrial engineering, energy systems engineering or a related discipline.
- Japanese native speaker is preferred, Excellent knowledge of English, additional languages are considered as an advantage.
- Ideally no more than 2 years of professional experience within your field of studies by the start date
- Great collaboration skills and intercultural savvy.
- High level of drive and personal ownership.
