Skills and Competencies
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and strategic account management, with a strong focus on large global corporate clients within the TMT segment
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets by cross-selling and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Deep understanding of core Corporate use cases, including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Credit Risk, and data management solutions
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across a broad product portfolio
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience structuring and closing complex, multi-year, and multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to operate autonomously while effectively collaborating within a global, matrixed organization
  • Growth mindset with a proactive approach to identifying expansion opportunities and driving long-term account value
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
  • Highly organized with strong planning, forecasting, and pipeline management capabilities
  • Demonstrated resilience, accountability, and a high level of ownership in managing key client relationships
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Responsibilities
This role is responsible for owning and growing strategic client relationships while driving sustainable revenue growth across a portfolio of global corporate accounts within the TMT segment.
  • Own and grow strategic relationships with assigned global key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Lead account strategy and execution to drive revenue growth across both new business and renewals, with a focus on long-term value creation
  • Manage and successfully close complex renewal negotiations, ensuring client retention while identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Manage sales cycles using strong coordination and communication skills, leveraging workflow specialists and solution specialists where appropriate
  • Convey the Moody’s Analytics value proposition through a consultative selling approach
  • Sell and cross-sell products within assigned key accounts to maximize account penetration
  • Reinforce value propositions to retain and grow long-term client relationships
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, leading, advancing, and negotiating opportunities through to close
  • Capture and share market intelligence, client feedback, and industry trends to inform product and commercial strategy
  • Record sales activities and create or update sales opportunity analysis in SFDC in a timely and accurate manner
About the Team
The Americas Corporate Segment Sales Team drives growth across the Corporate Segment as part of a broader global sales organization. The team partners closely with solution specialists, product specialists, and sector leads to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. Collaboration, curiosity, and innovation are central to the team’s culture, with a strong focus on being customer-obsessed and delivering solutions that provide tangible value to the market.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $135,700-  $196,750, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
