Customer Success Manager - AWS Solutions

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to support customers using our AWS Managed Services. You’ll be the trusted point of contact, helping them get the most from their cloud environment, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
You’ll work closely with technical teams, monitor customer health, resolve challenges, and identify ways to improve cloud outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Build strong relationships as the primary contact for AWS Managed Services customers.
- Understand customer goals and ensure they get maximum value from their AWS environment.
- Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and proactively address risks or blockers.
- Guide customers on best practices and provide training or resources when needed.
- Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for service expansion.
- Share customer feedback internally to influence product and service improvements.
