As we continue to scale, we are searching for a Program Manager, Partner Strategy & Analytics to help us get to the next level. This role is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking, rapidly evolving GTM organization where data and insights are at the heartof decision-making.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Partner Strategy & Operations, this role will play a critical part in re-architecting and advancing the data-driven foundation that powers Relativity’s global partner ecosystem. You will be responsible not only for maintaining reporting and insights, but for
evaluating, improving, and scaling the frameworks, data models, and analytics capabilities that support multiple partner types.
As a Program Manager, Partner Strategy & Analytics, you will partner closely with the Partnerships leadership team to shape and deliver functional strategy, ensuring strong alignment and measurable impact against global business priorities.
A successful manager will build a deep understanding of Relativity’s GTM model, deliver insights that influence executive decisions, and create scalable, durable processes that elevate Partnerships as a core growth engine for the business.

Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, redesign, and strengthen Relativity’s existing partner data and analytics foundation, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve accuracy, scalability, and insight generation.
• Dive into partner and product data to identify major opportunities and challenges across channel and technology partnerships.
• Provide decision support to department leadership and partner to answer the key strategic and operational questions facing their function.
• Build, evolve, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for sourced, influenced, and co-sold pipeline and ARR, ensuring they are trusted inputs for leadership and executive decision-making.
• Deliver insights that inform annual partner planning, QBRs, executive readouts, and Boardlevel reporting.
• Develop and refine KPIs for ISVs, integrations, and developer apps, clearly linking usage, adoption, and engagement to revenue impact.
• Partner with leadership to define and operationalize the analytics behind partner program tiering, incentives, and program requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Success Ops, Product, Strategy, Business Intelligence and Finance to ensure alignment and data integrity.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual reporting workflows, leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and scalable tooling.
Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or Partner Strategy/Analytics within B2B SaaS org.
• Strong track record of building reporting frameworks and dashboards (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
• Experience with SQL, Python or R a plus.
• Understanding of SaaS Partnership GTM models and/or experience building reporting frameworks that track pipeline, ARR, and partner influence is a plus.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
0 and 0PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
