AbbVie France is recruiting a Data Science project manager & Analyst reporting to the Business Excellence & ACE Transformation Manager, for our Business Excellence team integrated within the Aesthetics and Pharmaceutical division.
By joining our company as a Data Science Project manager & Analyst, you will help transform our business strategies, accelerate innovation, and strengthen operational excellence through data.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Perform exploratory and advanced analyses on complex datasets to identify trends impacting business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and deploy data-driven solutions.
- Present analyses and clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with data management and governance processes.
- Participate in the design and management of local and global data science projects.
- Stay up to date with advances in data science, machine learning, and digital tools.
- Support ACE transformation and customer excellence (Customer Experience, Omnichannel, Patient Experience).
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and the integration of data solutions into business processes.
- Actively contribute to steering the Business & Digital Transformation project portfolio.
Our Business Excellence team is looking for a Data Science Project manager & Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in data science and data analysis, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Required knowledge, skills, and qualities:
- Solid experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Mastery of visualization tools (Power BI, CONTOUR, WORKSHOP) and the Palantir platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and adaptability.
