The Consultant, Delivery & Implementation is a client‑facing individual contributor responsible for supporting and executing implementation and onboarding engagements for financial institutions and fintech clients in Brazil. The role focuses on predictable, high‑quality delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and successful go‑live outcomes. The Consultant operates under guidance from senior team members while progressively taking ownership of defined workstreams.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, delivery, implementation, operations, or technology‑enabled projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese; working proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, teams, and time zones.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Be based in Brazil
