Position Overview
Autodesk Platform Service and Emerging Technology team is looking for talents to
work on customer facing AI projects. In this role, you will build AI-powered features
and intelligent agents for our products, hands on MCP tools and the AI Platform,
driving innovation by applying cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver impactful,
customer-facing solutions.
Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and product AI features.
 Hands on MCP tools to integrate AI solutions into product workflows.
 Collaborate with the AI Platform team to leverage shared infrastructure, tools, and
services.
 Experiment with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation
(RAG), and multi-modal AI techniques to build intelligent applications.
 Develop prototypes to validate ideas and drive them into production-ready
solutions.
 Document findings, share best practices, and contribute to AI knowledge sharing
across other groups.
 Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI features in production.
 Own full engineering cycle including designing, prototyping, coding,
validating, deployment, and troubleshooting.
 Establish strong partnership and collaborate effectively with engineering
teams worldwide with concise communication, strong commitment and win-
win mindset.
 Develop tools to boost development like automated testing, performance
monitoring, resiliency analysis, etc.
 Share and bring best practice into the team/product; promote best
practice/achievement to engineering community.
 Mentoring and leading junior members to contribute on project goals.
Requirements:
 Bachelor in Computer Engineering with 5+ years working experience or
equivalent MS.
 Require excellent experience in AI such as AI agent, MCP, LLM.
 Excellent programing skills with Python, Java.
 Rich AI system design experience.
 Excellent analytical capability and fast-learning ability.
 Excellent knowledge about AWS services or similar core services from other
providers.
 Good leadership, communication and teamwork.

 Comprehensive technical knowledge in software development
methodologies, design, implementation, automation tests and deployment.
 Fluent English communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in data scientist is a plus.
 Successfully completed one or more commercial AI software development
cycles is a plus.
