Skills and Competencies
- Should have good Hands-on experience on managing On-prem file system and Cloud.
- Review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of IAM tools and their associated operational processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, methodologies and emerging threats related to IAM.
- Should have expertise on reporting through PowerBI
- Knowledge around ServiceNow workflows.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact directly with end users and other IT teams.
- Should have experience in running scrum meetings and familiar w SDLC process
- Expertise in writing SOPs
- Knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting application problems/issues (from a functional perspective).
- Ability to script solutions in appropriate tool for automation purposes.
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in writing PowerShell scripting & Python
- Experience working with AI-enabled automation and agent-based workflows to support Identity & Access management operations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with access to IAM administration .
- In-depth knowledge of Dev-Ops Model and standard methodologies such as JIRA.
- Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment and on weekends as well.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MCP, Azure/AWS, NIST, Splunk or Reporting/ BI tools experience are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of internal tools and workflows
- Manage IAM Operational workflows/incidents
- Lead Operational projects with different stakeholders across the Organization
- Support successful delivery of Information Security projects and services for our customers by working directly with key business stakeholders and technology SMEs
- Liaise with Business Information Security Officers and application development community to assist in identifying and reducing Information Security risk within system filers to acceptable levels
- Collaborate on problem analysis, proof-of-concepts, pilots, quality and control related to IT infrastructure security solutions
- Monitor progress of corrective action plans and risk exceptions
- Develop and continually refine metrics and provide reporting to peers and senior executives
- Support and help automate and reduce manual overhead where possible.
About the team
The Moody’s Information Risk and Security team is responsible for helping the organization balance risk by aligning policies and procedures with Moody’s business and regulatory requirements. The team's mission is to identify risks to Moody's data and systems and implement strategies to aid in defending against and mitigating those risks. They are responsible for key programs including Security Architecture, Cyber Security, Identity Management and Vendor Security Management. The Information Risk and Security team sets the strategic direction for IT risk and security globally and aligns with stakeholders throughout the organization.
