About the team and role
As a Staff Inbound Product Manager, you will be responsible for applications and capabilities within our Talent Development product portfolio. By collaborating with customers and internal teams, you will help deliver competitive and commercial product solutions that enable HR organizations to improve employee satisfaction and proactively guide and develop the talent of their organization while harnessing the power of AI-based Talent Intelligence and automation on the Now Platform®, a single system of action for the enterprise.

- Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus with cross-functional stakeholders including other Product Managers and Product Leaders
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
- Integrate usability studies, customer research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements for UX, Engineering, and Data Science that guide a team provide solutions
- Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
- Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 8+ years of software product management experience
- Understanding of the technical aspects of enterprise SaaS products, ideally as a Product Manager for a B2B SaaS product
- Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap that drive business and customer value
- Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Drive solution development through big-picture solution development
- Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
As a bonus, you would also have:
- Hands-on experience building HR SaaS solutions for global enterprise customers
- Understanding of the HR and/or Talent Management software market
- A background in AI/ML or GenAI, either as a Product Manager or other technical role
