    Job Overview

    The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and measuring lead generation and lead nurture campaigns/programs to drive and progress qualified leads into the pipeline for our Data Breach Response product. The Demand Generation Specialist will work with the Demand Generation leadership, Portfolio Marketing segment leaders and the Sales team to execute compelling campaigns that drive results. This role is involved in every step of the customer engagement cycle from ideation to implementation and analysis. The Demand Generation Specialist is expected to monitor, analyze, test and continually refine all components of campaign lifecycles as well as follow marketing best practices to optimize lead generation and ensure successful event execution.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Build, manage and refine target audience contact database and develop email campaigns to promote relevant Data Breach Response demand generation programs such as upcoming trade shows, branded/field marketing events, webinars, new content pieces, etc. 

    • Execute account-based marketing campaigns to engage a hyper-targeted list of high-priority accounts, including communicating performance of campaigns to sales teams. Channels involved in ABM campaigns could be website, social, digital advertising, email, in-person, and virtual events, and more.   

    • Support segment leaders in the execution of in-person and virtual events, including invitation, post-event communications, event logistics and marketing operations surrounding the campaign  

    • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results. Perform A/B testing with regularity.  

    • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing best practices.  

    • Maintain knowledge of Relativity’s offerings, partner offerings, industry/product solutions, customer applications, competitive product differences as well as evolving strategies.  

    • Utilize Salesforce and Marketo to create, monitor and track campaign progress  

     

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field  

    • 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns  

    • Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects, manage competing priorities and workflows  

    • Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo strongly preferred)  

    • Salesforce experience necessary to build reports, create campaigns  

    • Strong understanding of email marketing rules and guidelines  

    • Exceptional written and communication skills  

    • Strong analytical and research skills  

    • Independent worker capable of managing multiple projects in parallel  

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)  

    • Ability to quickly learn technical information and apply it in a fast-paced environment

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    $65,000 and $97,000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
