    Position Overview
    The Account Executive for Autodesk Construction Cloud is a sales professional focused on driving business growth in the construction technology market by representing Autodesk Construction Solutions and selling the ACC portfolio of solutions. This includes building and managing customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them to the right Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and identifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing deals

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers in the construction industry

    • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs and workflows

    • Work closely with technical teams, marketing, customer success, and partners to support customers through sales and into onboarding

    • Qualify and manage leads, maintain updated pipeline and forecasts, and meet sales targets and quotas

    • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market insights to position ACC solutions effectively

    • Support customer retention and expansion through collaboration with renewals and success teams

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in SaaS or technology sales, preferably with experience in the construction or enterprise software market

    • Strong ability to build and manage customer relationships from first contact through closing

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to articulate technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

    • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused with a collaborative team mindset

    • Understanding of construction workflows and cloud-based solutions is a plus

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $161,100 and $233,200. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
