  • Drive Cross‑Team Technical Execution: Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and business domains, managing dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs to deliver secure, reliable, and resilient platform solutions.
  • Partner on Architecture & System Design: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to define program scope, system interfaces, and service‑level objectives that enable efficient servicing workflows and commercial operations.
  • Lead Planning & Program Governance: Facilitate cross‑functional planning and governance processes to ensure programs are effectively prioritized, staffed, and supported across business units and technical teams.
  • Champion Platform Thinking: Promote platform architecture principles—reusability, extensibility, and long‑term scalability—across programs and technical decisions.
  • Enable Agile Delivery & Transparency: Drive agile execution using Jira and related tools to ensure visibility, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Influence Through Clarity & Insight: Translate complex systems, architectural considerations, and technical trade‑offs into clear, actionable decisions for technical and business stakeholders, driving measurable outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, including delivery of large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
  • Proven track record of managing programs with broad scope of ownership encompassing multiple services, domains, or organizations.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude to collaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams, including understanding of system/API design and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Platform‑oriented Technical Program Management: Proven experience as a platform‑focused Technical Program Manager (or similar role) with a strong background in service management, operational readiness, systems integration, AI‑driven ecosystems, and end‑to‑end technical program delivery.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, including platform integrations, customizations, and workflows; Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
  • Architecture & Integration: Strong understanding of service‑oriented architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns, with experience overseeing scalable, high‑availability platforms.
  • AI/ML Program Leadership: Experience architecting or guiding integration of AI/ML capabilities within program scope, with a strong understanding of responsible deployment and monitoring of AI‑enabled features.
  • Cross‑Functional Program Leadership: Track record of leading complex, multi‑team, multi‑system programs while driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
  • CRM & Business Process Acumen: Skilled at navigating CRM ecosystems—especially Salesforce—and connecting technical execution to business outcomes across commercial operations, partner engagement, and sales/service workflows.
  • Influence & Collaboration: Ability to influence without formal authority and work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Program Governance & Agile Delivery: Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and program governance frameworks, with experience managing roadmaps, risks, and cross‑team dependencies.
