Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to directly manage a team of Account Executives within our rapidly growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and experience in SaaS sales organizations, preferably with some background selling to nonprofits. Many of our Account Executives bring deep nonprofit and fundraising knowledge and need support in pipeline management and account strategy. This role will focus on managing and developing team members, working closely with the Director of Sales to make data-driven decisions, and ensuring quota attainment and successful completion of team goals. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage 6-8 Account Executives to achieve sales goals
  • Leverage the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, 6 Sense, ZoomInfo, Chilipiper, Looker) to monitor team and individual performance
  • Identify high performers and those needing support, develop plans to address challenges, and provide individual coaching and training
  • Ensure company quotas are met by holding regular one-on-one check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
  • Manage the overall pipeline for your team, ensuring processes, checkpoints, and systems are set up and used effectively
  • Collaborate with the revenue operations team to understand the overall pipeline, gain insights into sales opportunities, and adjust team plans as needed
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Director of Sales on strategic decisions, surfacing opportunities and roadblocks

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience managing a sales team
  • Have 5+ years of experience and proven success in full-cycle SaaS sales at a company with multiple products; experience selling to nonprofits is a plus
  • Demonstrate success in coaching and mentoring Account Executives and driving a high-performing team
  • Can take a strategic decision and independently develop and implement a plan with a large team
  • Are comfortable understanding data and making data-driven management decisions
  • Are smart, tenacious, kind, and have a growth mindset
