Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Drives client value, leads change, works as a partner, delivers results, acts as an owner, and builds great teams.
- Provides strategic direction to all Sales Support employees, seeking to meet and exceed customer expectations and business goals.
- Maintains direct leadership responsibility and accountability
- Develops nationwide sales strategy, as well as execution of Volume Plan, Expense Plan, Quality targets and the Client Experience
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years business sales experience coupled with 10+ years management experience
- Operating and risk management experience
- Experience executing on remediation plans
- Ability to create buy-in across a wide ride of stakeholders; create a network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies, decision makers, and stakeholders
- Accomplished change leader: demonstrates a flexible approach and resilience to setbacks and able to drive operating and cultural change; long-term vision and leadership stamina to maintain the course within a constantly changing environment
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
