About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that protect revenue, uphold standards, and enable the Preferred program to scale. You will translate complex business problems into actionable programs, drive alignment across teams, and deliver solutions from strategy through execution—helping shape the future of integrated transactions at Zillow.

You Will Get To

  • Identify, validate, and implement strategic solutions to optimize business performance through analysis, research, and testing.

  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept to execution, including defining scope, managing workstreams, and driving alignment through clear communication.

  • Drive business integration across Product, Legal, Finance, GTM, and Operations to ensure cohesive and scalable program delivery.

  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and execution plans by leading analyses and translating findings into actionable steps.

  • Operationalize payment and compliance policies in partnership with legal and compliance teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Own initiatives to reduce payment risk, address outstanding payments, and mitigate bad debt through improved policies and controls.

  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to implement new features and process improvements, supporting rollout planning and adoption.

  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex decision-making and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-workstream initiatives and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
