Communications Planning & Coordination:

  • Support the development and maintenance of CISSEE communications plans, calendars, and trackers.
  • Coordinate inputs from cluster and market teams to ensure visibility and alignment of activities.
  • Maintain the CISSEE communications calendar and support alignment with CEMEA and global timelines.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regional communications meetings, planning sessions, cluster reviews.

Reporting & Internal Visibility:

  • Support the preparation of regular communications reports (e.g., weekly updates, dashboards, summaries, immediate project reports).
  • Collect and consolidate inputs from markets and clusters for regional reporting.
  • Ensure reporting materials are accurate, timely, and clearly structured.
  • Support the development of basic performance storytelling and internal highlights.

Measurement & Analytics Support:

  • Assist with media monitoring, data collection, and basic analysis.
  • Maintain media lists and ensure accuracy of data sources.
  • Support the team in translating data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Help improve consistency and quality of reporting inputs across the region.

Tools, Governance & Knowledge Management:

  • Support the maintenance of communications repositories and resource centers (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Help keep templates, trackers, contact lists, and guidance documents up to date.
  • Ensure adherence to established communications processes and governance standards.
  • Assist with process documentation and operational improvements.

Finance & Vendor Management:

  •  Collaborates with CISSEE BPOs on MDF budgeting and ensures GPC accuracy
  •  Issues POs, processes invoices, manages vendor payments, and supports post‑event financial reconciliation

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Support operational tasks related to communications planning and execution.
  • Support end-to-end coordination of comms trainings  and  employee sessions
  • Assist with basic budget tracking, invoice coordination, or PO follow‑ups (under guidance).
  • Act as a coordination point between CISSEE Communications and relevant partners (People, Legal, Finance, Agencies), as needed.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in communications, operations, marketing, project coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Interest in communications planning, reporting, and analytics. Familiarity with collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; media monitoring tools is a plus). Ability to work with data and synthesize information into clear summaries. Comfortable working in a regional, matrixed, and multicultural environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
