Introduction to the team

The Servicing team builds intuitive, scalable experiences that help travelers manage their trips, find answers, and resolve issues across Expedia Group brands. As part of the broader Trip Companion organization, we own the end-to-end self-service journey on the web and help center, partnering closely with product, design, engineering, data, and operations. Our work reduces customer effort, unlocks contact center efficiency, and ensures travelers feel confident and supported at every step of their journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs across multiple teams or domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical strategy

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle

  • Establish and refine program management processes, utilizing data-driven metrics to track progress, report status, and optimize outcomes

  • Manage program-level roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and adapt plans in response to changing business needs or technical challenges

  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML enabled solutions that improve outcomes, ensuring responsible adoption of emerging technology-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, ensuring responsible adoption of emerging technologies

  • Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and operational rigor across program activities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-team or multi-service technical initiatives, including oversight of end-to-end delivery and cross-functional collaboration

  • Proven ability to drive system design discussions, manage API integration efforts, and support data modeling activities within the program scope

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering large-scale, distributed, or cloud-based programs with measurable business impact

  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-domain technical initiatives, including AI/ML-driven solutions or workflows

  • Proficiency in integrating and operating AI/ML-enabled systems, with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance

  • Strong track record of using data-driven decision making and continuous improvement to optimize program outcomes

  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products

No relocation assistance offered

Please note that this role is only available in the following location: Austin in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $119,000.00 to $166,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $190,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
