The Opportunity
As part of the Pricing, Promotion, and Revenue Management team, you will play a key role in executing Salesforce Trade Promotion Management(TPM) enabled trade transformation programs as a Technical Manager. In this role, you will lead the implementation of innovative Trade Promotion Management solutions using Salesforce, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
You will provide hands-on technical leadership across complex TPM engagements, while also supervising and developing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and driving alignment between business, functional, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
· Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM solutions
· Translate TPM functional requirements into scalable Salesforce platform designs
· Lead architecture discussions with IT stakeholders across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems
· Oversee development teams and ensure delivery aligns with architecture, performance, and quality standards
· Design integrations with ERP platforms and enterprise data systems
· Optimize solutions for high-volume TPM data processing and batch workloads
· Provide technical leadership across the Salesforce ecosystem including CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
· Analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making
· Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
· Confirm adherence to project timelines and quality standards
· Work with stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancement
· Implement innovative strategies to elevate client engagement and service delivery
What You Must Have
· Bachelor's Degree
· At least 5 years of Salesforce experience with 2 years of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud – TPM implementation experience (solution + technical design)
What Sets You Apart
· Salesforce certifications preferred
· Demonstrating hands-on Salesforce TPM implementation experience
· Leading enterprise architectural discussions with IT stakeholders
· Articulating scalability and integration trade-offs
· Managing complex Salesforce TPM engagements
· Possessing a functional understanding of TPM workstreams
· Driving alignment between business and technical teams
· Handling large data volumes and batch jobs
· Exposure to AI-driven use cases within Salesforce
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
