Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRS reporting strategy to ensure compliance with standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, WEF, CSRD, and SEC.
- Evaluate and determine the applicability of new reporting regulations globally.
- Create and implement standardized CRS reporting policies and processes, including materiality assessments, disclosure controls, and estimation methods.
- Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and coordinate CRS-related reporting in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, Risk, and Corporate Affairs to ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.
- Lead strategic engagement with investor-focused ESG ratings and rankings agencies including MSCI, S&P, Sustainalytics, ISS, etc.
- Identify and seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency of current and future disclosure initiatives across the global business.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or financial reporting, or related fields.
•Experience with ESG reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.
•Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, gather different points of view, and create recommended approaches.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, combined with excellent business judgment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
•Experience with ESG-related risk assessments and broad knowledge and experience around social, sustainability, and governance issues.
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
•Advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
•Experience with human rights and supply chain related issues.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 132,300.00 to 191,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
