DESCRIPTION

Cummins is looking for a Service administrator to complete its service team in Regina, SK.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
  • Assesses customers needs and gathers pertinent information.
  • Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
  • Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
  • Customer service experience is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience in similar field including automotive, agriculture, industrial equipment etc. considered an asset
  • Must be comfortable working with different software.

About the role:

  • Working hours are Monday-Friday 8h00am to 5h00pm
  • Salary range starts at 64000$ annually- and depending on experience.
  • Answer customer calls and schedule technicians.
  • Create basic work orders.
  • Process invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Assist in safety support and documentation including weekly meetings and record keeping with the opportunity to be on local safety committee
  • Assist in training support and documentation including keeping records of employee trainings and required renewals (Forklift, Fall arrest, WHMIS, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Company Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
