Associate - Support Analyst

 

Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | On site

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide quality service and timely solutions to user requests.

  • Lead and resolve incidents and requests across operational areas.

  • Escalate sophisticated or critical situations according to defined channels.

  • Address and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and IT component issues.

  • Respond to user queries, diagnose problems, and provide technical resolutions efficiently.
