  • Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative, high-ownership culture and mentoring PMs to be strong technical product leaders.
  • Drive hands-on platform product work, engaging deeply with APIs, architecture tradeoffs, and technical design alongside engineering.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize product investments that balance near-term needs with long-term scalability and resilience.
  • Define and track success metrics and continuously improve platform quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Represent the product strategy and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity, confidence, and impact.

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning software platform or shared services roadmaps, including web applications, REST APIs, and system integrations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization, from engineers to executives.
  • Strategic leadership experience directing prioritization and roadmap management across multiple Agile development teams.
  • Deep commitment to quality throughout the product life cycle, including non-functional aspects such as integrity, resilience, and scalability.
  • Proficiency with product analytics to measure customer and business value, validate decisions, and uncover meaningful opportunities for improvement.
  • Hands-on and technically curious, with a willingness to dive into technical details, read API docs, experiment with endpoints, and collaborate closely with engineering.
