In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.
Work you'll do:
- Support a team in developing and implementing communications for both internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to client requests for material production and manage multiple efforts simultaneously
- Partner across multiple teams to identify and support comms through the most effective channels
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to identify key messages and themes
- Develop communication plans, timelines, and supporting materials for events, collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and collaboration skills a must.
- Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work on secure client site regularly
Preferred:
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
- Strategic Communications, Human Capital, Marketing, Project/Program support experience
