About the role

As a Senior Regional Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving the success and innovation of our mortgage origination business. You will lead and develop a team of Regional Managers, collaborate with senior leaders to advance strategic initiatives, and champion new products and technology. Your impact will be felt in team culture, professional growth, and the ongoing evolution of our organization.

You Will Get To:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Regional Managers, providing feedback and supporting their professional development

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure teams deliver outstanding results and uphold company values

  • Work with senior leaders and business partners to implement strategic business initiatives and manage change

  • Drive the rollout and adoption of new products and technology within the mortgage origination sales organization

  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture by recognizing achievements and encouraging ongoing learning

  • Build strong relationships across teams and with senior leadership to promote collaboration and alignment

  • Represent the organization by leading meetings, presenting to groups, and participating in various forums

  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous innovation

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $108,200.00 - $172,800.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $102,800.00 - $164,200.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • Experienced in mortgage sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations

  • Deep expertise in the mortgage industry, especially in purchase mortgage origination, with an understanding of its evolving landscape

  • Skilled at coaching, mentoring, and inspiring talent at multiple levels to achieve and exceed performance goals

  • Experienced in conducting performance reviews, delivering actionable feedback, and supporting ongoing professional development

  • Strong strategic thinker and problem solver, with a background in implementing business initiatives and driving change management

  • Excellent at building relationships and communicating effectively across teams and with senior leadership

  • Comfortable and effective in public speaking, leading meetings, and representing the organization

  • Able to manage multiple priorities, including daily operational oversight, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company values and industry standards
