We are offering a fantastic temporary internship opportunity for 6 months. This is a great chance for growth and professional development.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managing temporary inventory control and be familiar with appendices 22, 24, and 30.

• Generate import / export invoices.
• Analyze and manage temporary import balances in the Customs System.
• Prepare F4 and A3 invoices when applicable.
• Analyze and interpret information, including BOM parts and units of measurement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for suppliers.
• Manage and utilize Excel reports.

• Currently in the final semesters of a degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or related fields.
• 50% proficiency in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with customs systems and have worked in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
