Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Reporting and Content Communication Specialist to lead the creation of high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications. This role is crucial for managing knowledge-sharing platforms, updating technical documentation, automating executive reports, and crafting compelling presentations and newsletters for a global audience. The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, presentation, and data visualization, effectively communicating complex information to senior executives and broader audiences.

What you will do in the role
1.Content Management and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Oversee and enhance knowledge-sharing platforms to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
  • Develop strategies to improve organizational knowledge-sharing initiatives.

2.Documentation Review and Updates:

  • Regularly review and update cybersecurity procedures and policies in collaboration with subject matter experts.

3.Executive Reporting and Automation:

  • Automate and deliver timely executive reports, providing key insights and recommendations.
  • Generate regular reports on organizational updates across projects, people, processes, and technology.

4.Newsletter and Communication Generation:

  • Produce and distribute organizational newsletters, highlighting key updates and achievements.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage employees at all levels.

5.Metrics Analysis & Presentation:

  • Design a comprehensive cybersecurity metrics program aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop dashboards and presentations to visualize performance data.

6.Advanced Storytelling and Presentation:

  • Create compelling presentations using advanced storytelling techniques and data visualization tools.

What you will bring to the role

  • 5-8 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in content management, executive communication, and report writing.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools, including SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for professional communications.
  • Ability to distill complex information into C-suite-ready insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in operations, communications, project management, business analytics, or administrative support.
  • Experience with automated or dynamic dashboards (Power BI is a plus).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.

Salary range for the position $65,000 to $120,000 per year. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
