Work You'll Do
As an Associate Analyst on the Compliance Monitoring team, you'll use your analytical, research, and communication skills to:
- Perform daily monitoring and weekly compliance tracking for professionals of multiple mandatory compliance requirements
- Research, respond and resolve Compliance HelpDesk inquiries assigned to the Compliance Monitoring team
- Become proficient in compiling the facts and circumstances regarding compliance inquiries by analyzing and comparing data in several systems and various reports
- Develop the understanding to be able to interpret and communicate compliance monitoring impacts based on requirement populations
- Work closely with team members in a highly collaborative environment by identifying and troubleshooting issues and trends
- Gain knowledge of Talent attributes to determine required professionals based on requirement specifications
- Run reports and validate course populations

- Outstanding attention to detail along with high degree of professionalism and discretion with ability to handle high-level confidential data
- Analytical thinker with strong technical, organizational, and analytical skills, with an emphasis on time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with work experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willing to work in person in our Stamford, CT office as required (presently two days each week but may be subject to change)
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of securities and various financial relationships (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, etc.)
