    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the internationalization strategy and execution for Autodesk Construction Solutions’ Unified Preconstruction product. This role owns the roadmap and delivery for expanding the product into new geographic markets, ensuring solutions meet regional, regulatory, and customer needs. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market partners to define, build, and successfully launch features that enable global growth. You will report to the Senior Manager, Product Management of AEC Construction Products and will work remotely based in Canada.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the strategy and execution plan for expanding Unified Preconstruction into new global markets

    • Define requirements, sequencing, priorities, and timelines for product releases across key geographies

    • Own and maintain the product roadmap; translate strategy into clear product deliverables

    • Lead feature prioritization and end-to-end delivery from problem definition through launch and adoption

    • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

    • Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure sales enablement, launch readiness, and effective regional rollouts

    • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions

    • Define success metrics and use data to measure outcomes and guide iteration

    • Communicate product plans, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders across the organization

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform products

    • Experience defining and delivering products for multiple regions or international markets

    • Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and prioritized roadmaps

    • Proven track record of partnering effectively with engineering, design, and GTM teams

    • Data-driven mindset with experience defining metrics and evaluating product success

    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development practices

    • Experience in construction technology, enterprise software, or global SaaS products is a plus

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $122,000 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
