- Make decisions related to verification and validation activities impacting product performance, durability, and reliability.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve potential component or system concerns, recommend appropriate actions, and document findings.
- Apply and improve processes such as technical requirements development, iDFMEA, Engineering Standard Work (ESW), DVP&R creation, test planning, and structured problem-solving.
- Use tools such as Integrity, Power BI, McParts, and other engineering systems to support processes and quality decision-making.
- Own problem resolution for moderately complex components, systems, or subsystems with increasing independence as experience grows.
- Execute established work processes while contributing to continuous improvement of systems and methodologies.
- Coordinate work with technicians or temporary engineers (as needed) without direct people management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and align contributions toward program goals.
- Develop technical proficiency in key validation and product engineering competencies.
