The Engagement Strategy Specialist is a role which will drive the strategic execution of engagement programs that are known to positively impact candidate attraction, employee engagement and retention. The responsibilities of this role will focus on designing, implementing and evaluating sustainable programs that would support overall site objectives fostering an attractive and positive working environment, a sense of community, and promote the holistic wellbeing of our employees.

About the Role

Site Engagement Strategy:

  • Formulate sitewide employee engagement & retention strategy, processes, and interventions to improve the overall engagement level across the organization through partnerships with the leadership teams, business units and other relevant stakeholders

  • Review, analyze and assess engagement program utilization, employee feedback, market trends, ensuring cost-effectiveness of programs to be rolled out

Employee Engagement Survey Administration and Action Planning:

  • Manage the end to end implementation of the surveys per event rolled out

  • Lead the action planning phase by collaborating with the leadership teams to define the sitewide action plans, and consolidate specific action plans

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and confidential thought partner to site leadership in improving employee engagement

  • Responsible for End to end execution of Employee Engagement activities working in collaboration with other key departments

Business Continuity Management

  • Support the EHS & BCP in rolling out updated plans for OHS, BCP and other Site-related trainings, plans and implementations

  • Collaborate with other support departments in implementing site-wide security policies and procedures, OHS standards and policies in compliance with all local rules and regulations

  • To support the site management team for any administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities that may be assigned in relation to providing overall site support

  • Primarily coordinate with the onsite Local Incident Management Team in terms of providing support during disasters and other business-impacting events

About You

  • Must be a college graduate and a bachelor's degree holder

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Engagement Specialist/Leader (preferably in a BPO setting)

  • Must have experience hosting events in a professional setting

  • Experience with end-to-end execution of employee engagement activities working in collaboration with other key departments

  • Experience with leading various social media related communications and engagement activities, promoting TR brand
