Your Responsibility:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar positions (not in scope of TP).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verify employment eligibility. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and manage the internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of interns. Plan and organize employer branding events to promote the company as an employ-er of choice.
- Conduct HR training sessions for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits. Collaborate with other functions to coordinate and implement the onboarding program for new employees.
- Assist in organizing and supporting local off-line training programs for employees. Coordinate training logistics, including venue arrangement, participant registration, and materials preparation.
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Manage labor contracts and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Oversee the management of contingent workers, including contract administration and compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and identify areas for improvement. Analyze exit interview data and provide recommendations to enhance employee retention and engagement. Monitor employee turnover data and implement measures to support optimal levels of attrition. Assess employee engagement and morale and take actions to address issues.
- Represent HR in the business entity, establishing strong relationships with business leaders. Act as a consultant, sparring partner, and coach to the business. Articulate the needs of the business to CoEs and Global Business Services (GBS) for relevant HR support. Ensure effective HR offerings to the business and report HR metrics.
- Support manager and HRBP to implement and follow up performance management activities on the site, including poor performance improvement, GPM discussion, training need identification, termination, and etc. Support the implementation of group and Business/Country/ Hub/ global recognition program.
- Oversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with Group policy and guidelines. Provides feedback and inputs on relevant local statutory or regulatory requirements into the development and implementation of new or improved processes/ products/services.
- Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Acts as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders.
You Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably for blue-collar positions.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
