Overview
The Senior Associate Sales Development Representative drives lead generation and qualification, provides comprehensive sales support, and coordinates complex activities with internal stakeholders. This role leverages CRM systems and analytics to identify customer opportunities, ensures compliance with internal processes, and requires efficient time management, customer focus, and strong collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Own lead generation and qualification with minimal supervision, using CRM insights to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
• Schedule events and identify sales opportunities, exercising autonomy and judgment to improve outcomes.
• Use dashboards and analytics to track performance, identify trends, maintain pipeline accuracy, and proactively flag data gaps.
• Provide insights to sales teams based on market trends and customer behavior; coordinate with internal teams for pricing, contracts, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and proactively address issues, receiving instructions only on new assignments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify leads, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support prospect activities including lead routing, inbound demand response, CRM tracking, and pricing assistance.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and GTM Strategy & Operations to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience selling in a SaaS or Cloud technology selling environment.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
• Experience using CRM systems and analytics for sales insights and pipeline management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication and objection handling skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting sales teams in a technology or software environment.
• Advanced skills in using dashboards and analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Experience coordinating complex activities across multiple departments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
