Compensation Range: 24.00/hr 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  

Job Purpose

Ideal candidates will assist and support Advanced Quality Engineering projects under the guidance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.    Perform Global Product Development audits.

2.    Cooperate in consolidation of the Quality Plan according to the Global Product Development Process (GPDP).

3.    Cooperate in a key quality activity in development of control plan, project risk assessment, design FMEA, process FMEA including corrective action plans.

4.    Cooperate in Advanced Quality KPI reporting and data management.

5.    Support GPDP and EOS activities inside the Advanced Quality Engineering department, special attention for project priorities, problem solving, and risk assessment.

6.    Support reliability aspects of new product introduction projects, such as assessments, compliance to quality standards, or statistical studies with support of the Advanced Quality and project teams.

Qualifications

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have curiosity toward technical aspects of electrical, electronics, and mechanical components as well as to lean-manufacturing approach.
  • Proactive toward problem-solving activities related to the Quality Department.    
  • Education: Studying Bachelor of Science in Engineering or similar technical discipline (Preferably Electrical or Power Electronics / Telecom background).
  • Available to work for 6 months on a full-time basis.

Projects

PROJECTS:

Participate in at least one quality project applying Control Plan, PPAP, Quality Launch Plan, or Quality Process Improvement under the supervision of the Advanced Quality Engineering team.

KPI’s
1.    Completion of key quality activity
2.    Actively participate in the Product Development phase
