Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:
- Deliver prompt and effective resolution for Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and system defects impacting Student Records, Advising, and Admissions modules.
- Analyze the impact of Oracle and regulatory updates, leading regression testing efforts to safeguard system stability and compliance.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document detailed specifications for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Maintain and update system configurations and documentation to ensure alignment with operational, policy, and regulatory changes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor, partnering with business, IT, and end-user groups to assess system issues, address operational challenges, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience serving a higher education institution client or employer for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
- 10+ years of proven experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft Campus Solutions: Student Records, Advising, and/or Admissions modules
- 7+ years of system configuration, process documentation, and regulatory compliance as it pertains to academic operations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Demonstrated capacity for cross-module functional support and a preference for candidates with broad PeopleSoft Academic expertise.
