Skills and Competencies

  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry in relevant areas.
  • Proficiency in three or more technologies: Windows 11 (23H2+), Intune, Autopilot, application packaging, and Windows Update for Business.
  • Experience with compliance policies for Windows environments, Microsoft Office application configurations, and browser settings.
  • Solid understanding of security concepts such as SSL, PKI, IPsec, VPNs, Firewalls, DMZ, Proxies, and cyber-attacks.
  • Automation skills with PowerShell or Python (other programming languages are a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent area of study. 
  • Industry certifications in relevant areas is a plus.
  • ITIL Certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Windows systems engineer with a primary focus in IT Operation. The candidate will be joining a very dynamic, fast-paced environment where they will be expected to take on challenges and comfortably manage, maintain, secure, and provide the best-in-class digital employee experience

  • Support daily business operations for Windows 11 (23H2+), Intune, Autopilot, M365, and related applications.
  • Perform application packaging, testing, deployment, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management, ensuring ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber team to ensure system configurations comply with security policies and control standards.
  • Analyze metrics, logs, and system alarms to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support new/existing deployments.
  • Facilitate outage restoration calls, assess application impact, notify stakeholders, and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate flexibly in a global, multicultural environment, including attending meetings across time zones and working with offshore teams.

Join the Global Digital Workplace Services Operations Team, where you will support digital workplace platforms and offer expert guidance and recommendations to users, management, and IT project teams.
