Skills and Competencies

  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Strong Arabic and English language skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly and to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner; ability to compose general correspondence, memos and other documents that require little or no editing by manager. 
  • Well organized and consistent follow-up capabilities.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good time management skills and priority setting 
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities


Education 

  • Bachelor's degree 


Responsibilities

  • Provides executive level administrative support with a strong focus on meeting arranging, calendar management, travel coordination and absorption of administrative tasks 
  • Proactively anticipates needs and independently manages detailed tasks to streamline the manager’s workload 
  • Handles sensitive information and resolve conflicts with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Other core duties and administrative support: engages with senior leadership team; greets visitors; answers telephone calls; coordinates and schedules meetings; handles all meeting logistics , organizes hospitality or other events; tracks and coordinates expenses; handles basic administration of the budget for the function (including office supplies/technology management); documents meetings; general administrative follow-up on behalf of the manager
  • Manages and organizes office operations and procedures including but not limited to credit card processing, information management, filing systems, supplies, staffing.
  • Maintains office equipment; negotiates and monitors purchase and lease contracts.
  • Other duties or administrative projects as assigned

About the Team 

This role is based in Moody’s Regional Headquarters Office in Saudi Arabia. The office is led by the Managing Director and serves as a strategic hub supporting Moody’s growing presence in the Kingdom.
The team is expected to grow to approximately 12–15 professionals and plays a key role in leading, supporting, and coordinating activities that strengthen Moody’s engagement, visibility, and recognition across Saudi Arabia. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the team contributes to the firm’s long-term growth, market development, and relationship-building efforts in the region.
