Our Dassault Systemes Marketing Technology (MarTech) Solutions Organization is excited to announce that we have a hybrid internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office! The MarTech organization, comprises of 15 people spread between US and France. Within US (Waltham, MA office), we currently have a small team of 2 people, who are managing the deployment of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application for managing Prospection (Suspect Management) activities for the worldwide 3DS Business Development and Sales organizations. Our purpose is to support, at world-wide scale, the acquisition, nurturing, and qualification of our prospects across multiple teams, from Marketing, Business Development, and Sales. In order to do so, we manage and support multiple applications, such as Marketing Automation Platform, CRM, other prospection tools, and a Marketing Data Lake.
The CRM Product Manager Intern will contribute to the global deployment, usage and optimization of the CRM system dedicated to Suspect Management activities. The person in this role will ensure the CRM system's effectiveness, adoption and alignment with the strategic drivers and business goals, across multiple brands, channels and geographies. Specifically, the intern will assist with the following:
Understand Prospection/Suspect Management activities, within the overall Sales and Marketing processes, that CRM application supports
Understand CRM application product features
Work with end-users to gather, clarify and document requirements for approval, evaluating and defining new product features as requested by end-users
Work with the technical team to Q/A and deploy the new product features
Communicate product changes to stakeholders
Provide overall product support and build good working relationship with all stakeholders
This internship involves:
- Being proactive in identifying CRM-related challenges and opportunities
- Contributing to the definition and validation of the change requests from our stakeholders (Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, …)
- Mapping these requests to the corresponding features in the tools (existing or to be built)
- Configuring the tools involved accordingly
- When development is required, collaborate with the technical teams involved
- Testing and validating these new features/changes along with the QA team
- Deploying these changes, interacting with the user community globally, and the power users specifically
- Monitoring and supporting the adoption and gathering data/feedback from our stakeholders and users
Currently pursuing an undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or Computer Science
Prior experience with deploying Sales/Marketing systems (CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Siebel preferred)
Understanding of Sales Prospection & Marketing activities
Understanding of Project/Product Management
Ability to synthetize and communicate with different stakeholders
Be pro-active in identifying and resolving challenges
Well organized and detail oriented
