As a Senior Implementation Specialist within Pagero’s Projects team, you will lead the successful implementation of e-invoicing solutions for large, multi-national clients. You will be responsible for driving both internal and external project teams from project initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Managing 10-15 concurrent projects of varying complexity, you will collaborate with stakeholders across North America and Europe, leveraging exceptional communication and organizational skills.

About the Role
As a Senior Implementation Specialist with Thomson Reuters, you will:
- Act as a specialist in large, cross-functional software implementation team that specializes in e-invoicing solutions.
- Guide global clients to understand their ONESOURCE Pagero implementation requirements and align expectations.
- Lead functional and technical workshops, product demonstrations, deliver end-user and super-user training.
- Use your analytical, project management and problem-solving skills to test client software implementations.
- Collaborate and lead discussions with internal teams (such as Product, Sales and Support)
- Mitigate delivery and execution risks through forward planning, scope validation, and early identification of potential constraints.
- Manage project budgets and financial objectives, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Senior Implementation Specialist if your background includes:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience leading customer projects, preferably in a global or multinational setting.
- Experience working with global customers and managing projects across multiple time zones.
- Timeline management, budget control, implementation (ERP, SaaS).
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- E-invoicing is a strong plus.
- Excellent telephone and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and able to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients.
