    Position Overview

    The AI Automation Lead for Trust will lead Autodesk Trust in designing and deploying automation and AI driven process with a goal to assist, augment, and automate Trust teams and workflows. This role will also be responsible for evangelizing process excellence, automation tools, and AI enhanced process adoption across Trust. This individual will report directly to the Director of Trust GRC and should be passionate about helping teams identify and achieve successful outcomes. The role requires someone who can both build and maintain systems, as well as someone who is inspired by coaching and teaching others in building their own solutions. This individual must be a strategic thinker who can work cross-functionally to ensure these solutions meet the highest standards of security and user trust. This role can be on-site, hybrid, or remote anywhere in the United States.

    Responsibilities

    • Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Design, develop, and implement automation and AI solutions

    • Strategy and Roadmap Development: Help develop and maintain program strategies, roadmaps, and rhythms in support of Trust automation needs. Ensuring alignment with overall business goals and Trust priorities

    • Lead Change: Drive adoption of Automation and AI use cases through pilots, proofs-of-concept, and scalable implementations

    • Engage with Trust Leadership team, Trust Engineering, and Trust program managers to prioritize initiatives across the Trust organization

    • Delivery: Work with the Trust, Product, and Engineering leadership to establish clear delivery plans based on strategies. Create alignment on cross team initiatives through outcome driven planning, dependency management, and impediment removal

    • Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas of program improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—data engineers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders—to deliver end-to-end solutions

    • Quality: Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and deployment best practices are met across workstreams

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience delivering high quality automation solutions using a variety of technologies

    • 5+ years of practical experience working automation tooling with a focus on process excellence

    • Direct experience with coding as part of solution delivery with familiarity of a variety of languages

    • Experience managing projects and leading teams

    • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope

    • Demonstrated experience communicating and reporting program health, driving initiatives and facilitating the delivery of on-time results

    • Experience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, program managers, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders

    • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile large-scale development environment

    • Knowledge of cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection/prevention

    Salary transparency

    Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $165,000 and $296,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
