Summary

Our Digital & Enterprise Capabilities (DEC) team is at the forefront of Thomson Reuters' digital transformation, driving innovation and enhancing customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. Within this dynamic environment, the Digital Growth team plays a crucial role in accelerating digital transactions through data-driven experimentation and optimization. We are dedicated to increasing both acquisition and retention, providing users with exceptional experiences, and driving revenue growth through strategic digital innovation and continuous improvement in the digital realm

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager, Digital Growth, to join our team and help our efforts in accelerating digital transactions across our multi-segment ecommerce landscape through strategic experimentation and optimization. This role will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, managing Legal & Tax stakeholders, and building optimization & personalization roadmaps. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams across Marketing, Digital, Legal business segments, Data & Analytics, and Commercial Engineering to ensure seamless execution of our digital growth initiatives and optimal user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies focused on increasing Legal and Tax digital sales.

  • Set direction and build optimization roadmaps to enhance digital performance.

  • Lead stakeholder management across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

  • Define and oversee A/B tests in collaboration with Marketing and Performance teams.

  • Define strategic requirements for the Data & Analytics team to aid in performance monitoring.

  • Track and provide insights on monthly OKRs, working with leadership to set future targets.

  • Lead development and present materials for digital monthly sales meetings.

  • Leverage deep knowledge of marketing, sales performance, data, and e-commerce to inform decision-making.

  • Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify digital growth opportunities in the Legal segment space.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience as a digital product manager responsible for the development and execution of digital strategies meant to grow and optimize digital effectiveness and enhance user experience

  • Experience operating a B2B/B2C e-commerce channel or product with proven ability to drive bold business and customer outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams

  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, sales performance metrics, e-commerce, and data-driven decision-making

  • Experience in setting and tracking OKRs and other performance metrics

  • Strong expertise in A/B testing and optimization methodologies

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Experience with relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Salesforce) is preferred
