Job Details

Overview:

Support Corporate Quality Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer by performing reliability testing on products and parts to ensure they meet specifications, conducting validation tests to meet customer expectations, and assisting the Plant Quality team with various continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Support quality and reliability engineers in setting up measurement systems to verify products in the reliability lab.
  2. Identify test plans with requestors, including requirements, procedures, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Perform reliability testing and measurements before and after each test and report the results.
  4. Perform failure analysis with engineers to identify root causes of failures.
  5. Conduct product audits to ensure goods meet field requirements.
  6. Manage lab equipment, including procurement, training, calibration, and maintenance.
  7. Work with third-party labs to obtain resources for reliability testing and failure analysis.
  8. Collaborate with Corporate on regular correlation efforts and improvement processes.
  9. Work with Corporate to complete multiple improvement projects as required.
  10. Support global compliance-related work as needed.
  11. Maintain good 5S standards in the reliability lab.
Qualifications:
  1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
  2. Two or more years of related work experience.
  3. Abilities in the use of packaged computer software (Word, Excel, etc).
  4. Basic English
  5. Team player
  6. Learning ability
  7. Communication ability
  8. Self-motivated
