The Identity Access Management Operations (IAM Ops) is a global organization within Citi with 600+ employees located across the globe; IAM OPS Budapest has 200+ colleagues locally. IAM OPS manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. IAM OPS works in partnership with other Citi departments to build appropriate security architecture in new applications and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
In a Senior Analyst - Identity and Access Management role you will be responsible for integrating entitlement feed for Infrastructure/Applications and the Quality Assurance (QA) of entitlement data into Citi proprietary Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS).
This role will provide opportunities to deepen the knowledge of the special characteristics of a global team within a multinational company and opportunity to enhance the individual’s project management, risk management skills.
What you will do:
- The Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) Quality Assurance Analyst assists all Citigroup application teams, feed providers, Information Security Officers (ISO) with integration of new entitlement feed into Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) or reviews/revalidation of entitlement feeds.
- The responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and remediation of any issues found in the Entitlement feed.
- You will be required to attend conference calls that involve technical questions for Citi enterprise platforms, applications and systems including, but not limited to Mainframe, Active Directory, and UNIX.
- Additional duties may include project management, business process improvement.
- Duties include, but not limited to:
- Understand and implement the documented Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) Integration & QA process.
- Lead meetings with this global community:
- 1. Assist application teams in creating high quality entitlement feeds into Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS).
- 2. Communicate QA requirements.
- 3. Provide continuous improvement suggestions around the QA process.
- 4. Track the application team’s progress in remediating the feeds and use the escalation process effectively.
- Analyze and provide feedback to the teams on feed quality analysis.
- Track progress in Citi tools, including MS Excel.
- Produce periodic metrics and reporting of progress, issues, and possible risks.
- Analyze current entitlement feeds to Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS), noting areas of concern.
- Assist other IAM/ Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS) team members as needed.
- Work on process improvements including process redesign and tools enhancements.
- Support the EERS Integration Lead to present ideas, demonstrate results, generate and track implementation progress etc. with focus on business needs and priorities.
- Represent EERS Integration team in project efforts with partner teams and business stakeholders.
What we will need from you:
- Have at least 3+ of relevant experience – e.g. IT customer service experience.
- College or university degree is preferable.
- Excellent time management while meeting deadlines and communicating status with management.
- Take direction and produce results in a timely manner with minimum oversight.
- Risk and control mindset is essential.
- Attention to details.
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer knowledge.
- MS Excel advanced functions preferred / power user; Basic MS Access.
- Understanding of data transmission protocols.
- Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse, international user base.
- Experience working with internal business partners.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-Directed: Helps to be more effective with the volume of work and produce better quality of work by prioritizing work in a fast pace and high volume environment.
