The Product team creates high-quality, end-to-end experiences for travelers, partners, and Expedia Group by turning rich content into meaningful discovery and decision-making signals. Partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science/ML, Brands, Experience Design and Supply teams, this role leads a product area within Content focused on generating insights from content and surfacing the most relevant property highlights and travel categories at both property and destination levels. The scope spans content intelligence, categorization and tagging, explainability and enrichment and enabling scalable, data-driven experiences that help travelers understand what makes a place or stay unique while supporting growth and customer value across the platform.
What you’ll do:
Demonstrated experience in product management, leading the strategy and development of end-to-end product suites.
Experience integrating AI/ML functionalities into products by overseeing the model development lifecycle.
Proven ability to work within an Agile framework to plan, prioritize, and make critical product trade-offs.
Experience leading and collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, XD, and research.
Proficiency in establishing product success metrics, designing experiments, and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
Skilled in conducting market research to articulate a product's value proposition and link performance to industry trends.
Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience earning trust and communicating persuasively across a complex organization.
A track record of identifying and resolving friction in the customer journey through user-centric validations.
Ability to innovate within a product portfolio to influence business strategy and market trends.
Who you are :
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree; or equivalent related professional experience.
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in consumer-facing products.
Proficiency in AI/ML principles and model development.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire them to achieve ambitious product goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated strategic vision for how customer experience can transform conversion rates and create new monetization opportunities.
Experience making data-driven decisions and effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
A track record of delivering high-quality products on time and on budget, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving exceptional results.
A creative problem solver with a strong track record of driving innovation in product development.
A bias for action and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive the product forward.
